NFL Lockdown vs. X-Girl Jamie-Lynn

Well last week got a little crazy with the holidays so we missed a week of picks.  Unfortunately, when you don’t get paid to do a blog and only do it out of the goodness of your heart, these things happen.  

Fortunately for you all, picks are back.  This week I will picking against X-Girl Jamie-Lynn Davis.  Jamie-Lynn is a very talented girl who can reportedly do a back-flip off of anything.  She enjoys running, playing guitar, fishing, croquet (yes, croquet), surfing, hunting, and dancing.

The Jeff Report vs. X-Girl Emily...I Have Been Defeated

It had to happen sooner or later, I suppose.  My streak of winning against the X-Girls has ended at three.  X-Girl Emily has defeated me.  No doubt powered by her love for the Tim Tebow-led Broncos Emily was able to compile an 11-3 record against my 9-5.  It was a good run, but it had to end sometime.  X-Girl Emily proved to be a formidable opponent and has picked up her X-Girl crew in their season long competition against The Jeff Report.

NFL Lockdown Week 10 vs. X-Girl Emily

Well, it was a win-lose result for me last week.  Straight up, against X-Girl Sunny, I continued my winning streak with a 9-7 record.  That was the ‘win’ part.  The ‘lose’ part came with my picks against the spread in which I had a horrible week and was 6-10.  It was only my second week below .500 this year, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but it was still a lackluster showing.

This week my competition is from the X-Girls is Emily Wilson.

NFL Lockdown vs X-Girl Sunny - The Streak Continues

The results are in.  It was a crazy week in the NFL but it will go down as another victorious week for the Jeff Report.  Despite some borderline crazy picks, I was able to pull down a 9-7 record for my picks this week.  This allowed me to narrowly defeat X-Girl Sunny who went 8-8 on the week.  My knowledge of the AFC West again came up big as Oakland defeating San Diego was one of the big games I picked that swung the results in my favor.  Unfortunately the Chiefs didn't come through for me again this week and I might be forced to actually pick against them now....

NFL Lockdown - Week 10

This week on NFL Lockdown The Jeff Report will be going head-to-head with X-Girl Sunny Reichert.  Sunny is a big fan of all things vintage and antique and has a major sweet tooth.  She grew up in Plainfield, IL which is about 40 minutes southwest of Chicago.  She has been a dancer all her life, loves it, going to the beach, hanging with friends and her 'little man' Wrigley (dog).

Currently Sunny represents another formidable opponent as she has accumulated a 99.5 X-Rating with a record of 214-94 so far this season.  We differ quite a bit on our picks so it will be a big week for one of us, we will see who...

NFL Lockdown vs. X-Girl Lauren - Still Undefeated

Well the results are in and with Chicago’s victory over Philadelphia last night I finished my week at a solid 9-5 in the picks department.  Arizona came through big time in overtime for me, but more than anything it was Tim Tebow.  No doubt my extensive knowledge of how the AFC West works helped with that pick.  The Broncos put a hurt on the Raiders and it was the win that put me over the top for the week.

X-Girl Lauren finished 7-7 on the week and it was the two aforementioned games that were her undoing.  I feel as though I should give Lauren an extra point though for sticking with my Chiefs as they got stomped by a winless Miami Dolphins team.  X-Girl Lauren will remain a winner in The Jeff Report’s book for her Chiefs support alone.

NFL Lockdown – Week 9 With X-Girl Lauren from Edgehogs.com

Last week I narrowly defeated X-Girl Meridith with my picks (click the link to see our results).  She was a formidable opponent, but the Jeff Report was able to hold her off.  This week, X-Girl Lauren will step up to the plate and see if she can out pick me.

A little bit about my opponent this week, X-Girl Lauren:

Lauren grew up in El Dorado Hills, CA, which is a town about 30 miles east of Sacramento.  She enjoys hanging out with friends, playing any kind of sport, going to the beach (that must be nice, not too many beaches here in KC), and her personal favorite: eating.  Lauren was on a state championship winning basketball team in her high school years (something I have in common with her from my state champion lacrosse days in HS).  Needless to say, it sounds like I will be up against someone who, yet again, knows their sports very well.

Currently, Lauren holds a 206-90 record on the season with her NFL picks.  If that wasn’t impressive enough then she has an ‘X-Rating’ of 99.5.  She will be some solid competition for the Jeff Report.  Here is how our picks compare:

For those who don’t want to count I went 9-4 and X Girl Meridith went 8-5.  It was a close battle but yours truly came out on top.  The Pittsburgh pick was the one that saved me and if I wouldn’t have gotten cocky with Jacksonville I could have done better.  But I digress.  Even though Meridith didn’t come out on top with her picks she is still a winner in the Jeff Reports books because she picked the Chiefs!  Excuse me, I meant the first place Chiefs.
